Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

AstraLife accounts are for adults aged 18 and above. You represent that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide at signup is accurate. Adult account owners may add family profiles (child, spouse, parent, grandparent) after signup, and are responsible for the accuracy of any data they enter for others.

2. Nature of the service

AstraLife provides astrological guidance for informational and spiritual purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological or religious advice. You should not act — or refrain from acting — on the basis of AstraLife content when a qualified professional's advice is needed.

3. Account and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@astralifeapp.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Some AstraLife features require a paid subscription or a one-off purchase. Prices, billing cycles and included features are shown at the point of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from Settings. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use AstraLife for unlawful purposes or to harass others.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or bypass security controls.
• Do not create accounts for people under 18; use family profiles instead.
• Do not misrepresent the source of AstraLife content or resell reports without authorisation.

6. Intellectual property

AstraLife, its content, engines and interfaces are owned by AstraLife and its licensors. You retain ownership of the personal data you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that data to provide the service.

7. AI-generated content

AstraLife uses AI models to compose guidance, chat responses and reports. AI output can contain inaccuracies. Use your judgement and consult qualified professionals when needed. Safety gates restrict medical, financial and religious-crisis content, particularly for family child profiles.

8. Disclaimers

AstraLife is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that guidance will produce any particular outcome.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstraLife and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid to AstraLife in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using AstraLife and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity.

11. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect product, legal or regulatory changes. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email.
